Place Your Bets...

ok folks... it is one week until the day of truth... the ultrasound that is.

So place your bets!!!

Feel free to ask any questions that you think may make your guess more accurate. Here are the facts, thus far in this pregnancy... the usual suspects as far as gender related questions go.

Fetal Heartbeat:
At 9 weeks it was 179/bpm
at 12 weeks it was 153/bpm
at 16 weeks it was 152/bpm

Morning Sickness:
YES. Lots o'nausea, not lots o'throwing up though.

Cravings:
I seem to be over the real cravings part, but Cranberry Juice (by the gallon... and I mean LOTS of it) and Oranges/Tangelos/Clementines.

Food Aversions:
Meat. Any meat. This is still something that can make my stomach turn a bit... this part hasn't totally passed.

How I'm showing:
I'm not really showing that much, so I can't answer this one definitively.

Here are some other differences compared to the past pregnancies:
Headaches. Lots of headaches. Horrible headaches.
My "tired" stage didn't last very long... or maybe it's because I didn't have time to be tired.
I actually think that's it.

Like I said, feel free to ask any other questions.

Now let's hear the predictions!

Well...lets see...I'm thinking it will be a girl. Now for my reasoning: Headaches. What makes me think that headaches point to a girl? Let me explain...I believe that the headaches are your furture daughters way of relaying the frustration and pure agony she will go through growing up with three older brothers. Now, she will will be so smart that she actually already knows how it will be and therefor decided to get ahead of the payback game. Just my opinion (which should be valuable as I am studying to be a psychologist ;) )

Girl. Reasons?
1) Aversion to meat. Guys need much more protein than girls and with boys, preggers women usually crave meat, cheese, etc.
2) Cause I'm the godmother and I say so! =)
