OKay, so although Keira has taken a few steps unassisted here and there, in her nature she is so cautious and careful that she still had yet to really walk on her own. This isn't to say she wasn't completely capable of it, because her way of feeling secure was touching either a finger, or a shirt while she walked. She needed that security. Yesterday however, while at my mom's house for my grandmother's birthday, she decided to walk. Out of the blue this girl just did it! Not only did she walk over and over again, but she also pivoted and walked some more!
She just wanted to wait until she had it down before she unleashed her new skill on the world. She's a perfectionist. Videos to come.
